EARTH DAY 2020: 50TH ANNIVERSARY!!!

Did you know we celebrated EARTH DAY on 22nd April?
And this year it is the 50th anniversary!

We have done our bit. Haven't we?
  • We researched about animals in danger of extinction: polar bears, wolves, Przewalski horse....
  • We planted seeds!
  • We recycle in the school and at home!
  • We switch off the lights when we are not in the classrooms.
  • And I am sure we do more things to look after NATURE!

If we put all this in a melting pot we can say we are environmentally friendly!

And have you seen on TV that with the Coronavirus lockdowns, the air and the water, all around the world, is cleaner now?

Also, on Thursday 23rd it was BOOK DAY, so I hope you enjoy reading this story to celebrate EARTH DAY!
